7 months done with probation
28 months done since I got arrested

17 months left of probation

When I think about it like in 2 months
I’ll have 30 months done and 15 months to go
It gets me excited knowing I’m 2/3 done
45 months of punishment gaaah
And the hardest part is not being able to smoke bud

I bought a nice laptop which is where my court cost money went $615 of it anyways
I owe $865 on court costs
Hopefully I can get that paid off during November probably
Just have to make sure if I do pay it I can also pay my rent and bills
Would be stupid to spend all my money on court costs then not be able to pay bills

I asked my probation officer about early release and time credits
She said I could get early release but I have to hire a lawyer so I’ll probably just end up doing the extra 6 months. I don’t want to pay for a lawyer lol. Maybe I can get one and not have to pay too much but I heard it’s like an extra $1,000 and that’s hella lame
Time served the paperwork I signed is 1 month off early
Which also has to be sent to the judge and accepted but I don’t think I need a lawyer for that idk though

Taking Friday and Saturday off from coding. I work Friday Saturday and Sunday and I just want to relax between work on Friday and Saturday on Sunday after work I’ll definitely code

So 17 months to go
1 year plus 5 months
So the way I look at it my goals are 2 months is 2/3 then 3 more months is 1 year
Which means 12 months to go
Gah I’m so ready to get this done

Farm bill is being updated as we speak so thca could get banned federally
Texas regulations is using tabc and another group to regulate so thca could also get banned from that
Just keeping up checking the news every day waiting to see the results

If thca gets banned it’ll be terrible but I’ll still be able to get bud
I could use the extra money on upgrading the website and stream
All and all I was going to have around $7k to spend
That could get some really nice upgrades

Like I haven’t smoked bud in 7 months
I could just quit
But I know deep down I don’t want to quit
I want to finish probation and smoke more than I ever have before
I try to not think about probation much and just focus on letting the days fly by which they have been with my new work schedule weeks go by really quickly
The slowest days are Friday and Saturday and those are good days anyways

If the months keep going as quick as September did we’re going to be done in no time
I hope the months do keep going that quick
Once I get court costs paid and supervision fees saved to the side
Things are going to be a lot better
There’s no point in worrying or wanting it faster. It’ll all happen with time
Paying for October my regular payment
Then possibly November I’ll be able to pay it off

Then around December have fees all saved up for
Then finally January I can maybe start spending my own money

Anyways going to call it a night, getting rest before work later
