Got my paycheck

They paid me the hours they messed up on the last check

Thank god

Ssi letter didn’t come in the mail today I thought it would

It could be 390 again that’s the worst case scenario 

Best case scenario it’s 590 or 690. Just have to wait a few more days to find out

If it’s 590 I’ll have over 300 after I pay bills

If it’s 690 I’ll have over 400

But if it stays 390 I’ll barley make it

I’ll only have 115

Still enough to make it

So ready to get money again

Really praying to god it’s at least 590 so I can get that 300

Then I can pay off court costs 100% in February 

Even with all the money I’m short from ssi

I still plan on being done with fees by July

By April I’ll only owe 600

Making $200 a month I can put in saving I’ll be done in 3 months may June July done

$600 hidden and all fees done

I’m expecting Texas to pass their knock out thca laws so it essentially becomes 100% illegal before the November ban but we’ll see

I really don’t want to spend the money I’ll have saved

Just because I don’t want to save it up again

I’m already fine with buying from dealers to get my green

I know we don’t have much more time for it to be legal

Every day is closer to the imminent ban

I don’t think I can make the money fast enough to get it ordered and shipped in time

I mean worst case scenario it does get banned around July

But I’ve got all my money saved

Then I have August to April to save money

At about $200 a month it’s 9 months that’s 1.8k

I wouldn’t mind getting off probation with right under 2k lol

Then I’ll look for someone with large amounts and try to get it delivered or something 

Usually the letter comes on the 18th but that was a Sunday then 19th was a holiday and today was 20th and it didn’t come

Usually I get the deposit on the 25th but that’s a Sunday so it’ll either be the 24th or 26th

If I don’t get the letter and it tells me then I’ll find out when the deposit hits

It’s just nice to know a few days ahead 

April is another 3 check month so I’m going to have to fixate on my hours like a microscope 

I can get about 15-20 hours a check which is less than I like but overall it won’t screw with my ssi check

I owe 195 to court costs and 890 to supervision 

Depending on my ssi check

I’m going to try to pay all the 195 next month and I’ll make a 60 supervision payment

890 -> 830 march 830 -> 770 April 770 -> 590 then may 590 -> 530 June 530 -> 470 July 470 -> 410

Should easily have 410 by July and it’s just 60 a month until 0, 7 months

Done in February 

It’s basically February 

I get off in April 2027

But I can get off a month early and if I do everything right I don’t have to go my last month. I’m still technically on supervision but I don’t have to go in

So I’m 15 months away but I may only need 13 months left

I still have to wait until may to be actually at the point of only having 1 year left but at that point I could only have 10 months to go

I read judges usually don’t let the time served time credits apply if it’s a violent charge but my probation officer said to be hopeful because she very well could do it since I’ve made no mistakes 

No point in keeping me on a month longer and they could just want to get rid of me because they know I’m not going to slip up

It’s really not hard not smoking or drinking

I have no urges to smoke anymore I mean I still think about it all the time but it isn’t worth the violation I want to do it so bad I can wait the year

Drinking I think about trying it right after a test because it comes out of your system so fast

But if I can’t just drink freely I don’t really care to do it

I’ve had liquor in my freezer since I got on supervision and I don’t even think about drinking it

But I’m not a big liquor drinker unless it’s old no 7 and what I have is the 99 cent shots

After a test I want a beer or two but I don’t feel like a beer or two is worth the risk even if the risk is basically 0% chance of getting caught

Really it’s all about just getting these months knocked out as fast as possible 

Once winter is over and it starts to warm up it’s going to go by so fast

Can’t wait for April-October those 6 months just feel faster since it’s warm

And by the time November gets here I’m only 4 or 5 months away

It’ll be done soon enough 

Get my papers get told I can drink wait a week or two for a surprise call asking me to do a final ua if I don’t get the call in 2 weeks gather some flower wait for Sunday get off go buy some beer come home

And smoke and drink until I pass out

Then smoke and drink from Sunday to Thursday work Friday and Saturday then finish up on Sunday and do it all over again until Thursday 

I think it’s going to take about 3 to 5 weeks to get back in my rhythm 

I want to get higher than I’ve ever been on pure bud

And I already know what beer I want to get

I love smoking flower and drinking land shark it’s my favorite combo

Anyways this update getting long

Hopefully get court costs paid off in February if ssi is a good check

April marks 1 year on and 1 year to go

July I’ll have 400 to go which should all be saved up by then

We find out in a few days if ssi is good or bad

Paycheck was good

No matter what rent bills and fees are taken care of for another month but a better ssi check would make everything better
