Called isp to cancel internet

they had me up to 4 free months and bill lowered to $25 locked at a year

it's hard to deny that but I mean it really isn't

when you know the isp lies about everything they say it isn't hard at all to be honest

3 times now when I call to ask why my bill went up they say I was getting a promotional price that only lasted 1-3 months when originally they said it was price locked for 2-4 years

they said I would get netflix that was a lie they got out of that by saying I needed tv service to qualify

they said I would get a $100 visa they got out of that by saying I needed to stay active for 90 days and raising the bill then at 90 days i'm sure something would be wrong

terrible a company can just bold face lie to the customers

only took about 45 mins to close the account so not near as bad as it was last time I closed one but that's mostly because I know how to talk to this company now

on another note

went downtown got my birth certificate

filled out all the forms for the rent assistance

canceled internet

now i'm just waiting for landlord to show up so I can grab lease agreement

I ended up not sleeping last night

but I really need to get all this stuff done first

get the lease agreement

go to mhmr with the lease agreement

get help for rent this month

go back to hotel to make copies of all the information I need for next month's rent assistance

pick up my little sister so she can get the truck for work tonight

I don't even have time to take a nap before I do all of that

landlord said he would be here around lunch time

but i'm scared if I take a nap after he comes I won't wake up in time to get all the information I need for tomorrow or take the agreement to mhmr

so... should of slept last night but couldn't

but everything is working out

my mom colored some coloring pages for me and I love them she's so good to me.
